  • We provide two options - Essential and Pioneer Packages - along with additional services you can add on. Choose the package that suits your requirements the most. After that, you will be directed to a page where you can schedule a specific day and time for your cleaning service. We will then confirm your booking through a follow-up phone call or text message.

    If you wish to include any Add-Ons, kindly inform us about the specific task(s) you'd like to add to your service. The pricing for these additional services will be determined based on the amount of labor and associated costs related to the selected task(s), and you will be billed upon completion.

  • We are available for weekly, bi-monthly or monthly cleanings. We also have an express daily service, offering a condensed “hotel-like” clean for Airbnb clients and working professionals.

  • We incorporate a blend of environmentally friendly and sustainable products alongside your preferred cleaning supplies and tools. Our team is knowledgeable about the appropriate products to use on different surfaces to prevent any potential damage. We take pride in utilizing natural ingredients, including white vinegar, baking soda, fresh lemon, rosemary sprigs, Castile soap, and essential oils.

    As a company committed to environmental consciousness, we continuously enhance our practices to contribute positively to our natural surroundings and offer an elevated level of service to our valued clients.

  • We kindly request that our clients be absent from their homes to ensure uninterrupted and efficient work. However, if you happen to be at home, there is no need to worry. We will strive to complete our tasks promptly and respect your time. Rest assured, our cleaning team consists of reliable experts. Furthermore, for added security and your peace of mind, PPM is supported by an insurance bond.

  • Yes please do! There is an additional fee for clients with pets as these homes tend to require more labor.

  • Most definitely! We do understand life happens — Just provide us with a 24-hour notice. If it happens to fall under the 24-hour window, you may be assessed a $50 fee for cancellations or lockouts. We do understand that life happens, so just take a quick moment to contact us and we'll get you rescheduled at your earliest convenience.

  • All that we ask - is that your home is accessible, alarm system is disabled and valuables are placed away to avoid accidents.

    If your home is excessively cluttered, there will be an additional charge, so please be sure to have dirty clothes placed in hampers, important papers set to the side and miscellaneous items put away.
