Erin has an interdisciplinary background with professional experience in customer service, sales, marketing, public relations and luxury rental management.

Through working at a startup providing in-home management services for luxury apartments, she obtained her hands-on skills for operating a successful rental management business.

Erin cross utilizes her professional experiences and skills to operate PPM from the company's headquarters in Washington, DC.
